The Telluride real estate sales figures for November 2013 are in. Take a look at the link below to access the report by Telluride Consulting. We remain on track with last years pace of sales and should finish up the year in similar fashion. Telluride’s market activity has stabilized year over year signaling a more consistent and robust market. Another great indicators to the strength of the market are the number of land transactions, which continues to increase. The hottest overall segments within the Telluride regional real estate market (San Miguel County) continue to be single family homes in downtown Telluride and condos / townhomes in Mountain Village. There are great values in every segment of the market, but as the buying activity increases, there will be fewer and fewer quality properties or great values available.
