Telluride Mountain Village Condos Are On Fire!

The overall Telluride real estate market is really heating up. I am seeing Telluride properties in all segments of the market contract and close on a daily basis, which is a great sign. Even land activity in Telluride has increased in the last few months, which bodes well for the stabilization of the Telluride real estate market. One of the better values available are the Townhomes On The Creek properties in the Mountain Village condo / townhome market. These properties are very high-end with walnut floors, soapstone counters, plaster walls, Viking appliances, in-floor radiant heat and outside snowmelt system. They also have huge mountain views and excellent ski access. The close proximity to the Mountain Village Core, means you can walk to the restaurants, shops, bars and gondola in ~5 minutes.
