Years ago I had a conversation with a realtor who’d sold a condo in our building. The guy was impressive: quick, sharp, ambitious, great work ethic. He explained his marketing plan which included a professional photo shoot, extensive internet exposure, open houses, magazine ads, frequent feedback to his clients about the level of interest from prospective buyers, keeping an eye on the calendar and working tirelessly in busy, high traffic seasons knowing they would be followed by quiet ones. This guy knew how to get it done. He was, at once, very professional and very personable. I was so impressed with him I wrote down and filed his name, then promptly forgot it. When we decided to sell I wanted to do some reading to catch up on what was going on with the market. I read glowing testimonials about a guy named Adam Black, to the degree I was tempted to ask him to list the property and forget about the guy on the phone from years before, but I remembered how impressed with him I had been. I checked my records I found that it was the same guy. Adam got the listing and we got our property sold. He was wonderful and we give him our highest recommendation. |
