Education and Experience – I studied business, marketing, advertising, public relations and have made it a passion to gain the loyaty and trust from each client I work with including both buyers and sellers. I graduated from Fort Lewis College, in Durango CO, with a Bachelor’s Degree in business. I have over 20 years of marketing and real estate experience in the Telluride area. I have been involved in several industries for this business, which has given me a competitive edge.
Communication – I am in constant communication with all my clients and use a variety of mediums to do so. From traditional phone calls to text, email, Skype and social media there is no excuse why your REALTOR should not be in constant communication regarding the sale of your home.
Buyer/Offer Screening – I screen every buyer and offer that you receive. – Are the terms appropriate? Cash or Financing? – Down payment too low? – Loan Commitment period too long? – How about inspections? – Is the contract filled out correctly and complete?
Social Media – We also use social media to market your property, both organic and through paid advertising.
